Publishers aren't necessarily the developers. How much do the developers get out of that? I know publishers get a fairly good sized chunk of sales money.

I think MAG is overhyped. Graphics suck, too many people in one game just create chaos
I think MMOs are overrated. 90% of them fail. All you do is repetitive quests involving progressively tougher monsters/opponents. If you like collecting orc fingers, then giant's toes, and then dragon scales, maybe MMOs are for you. I prefer plots and story lines, personally.
I didn't even mention 360 or PS3. I'm talking in general. I've never owned a 360 so I hope you don't think I'm a fanboy.
When you think about it, developers have to split sales income with publishers and others. If a game has a budget of 10 million and only sells 1 million copies, how much of that money do the developers rake in? This day in age you have to sell more than a million copies to turn a profit.

I can't believe the PS3 OS used so much memory! That's ridiculous. I also can't believe the 360 OS used so little! I think a lot of stuff in these OSs could be removed to free up more RAM for game use.
